Shatta Wale Pays Homage To Popcaan In Unreleased Song.

Shatta Wale pays homage to Popcaan in an unreleased single we got through a very close source to Shatta Wale.

If you know Shatta Wale well, you’ll know he doesn’t make songs just to praise people unless he really wants to and for a very good reason. This exclusive and unreleased single getting to Loud Sound GH today got us thinking around the clock since we got it. We are about to add the pieces, present to you and you help with telling us what this song means.

In the song, Shatta Wale rained praises on Popcaan calling him his “Blood” and basically demonstrating a great chemistry between both. He did mention that he loved Popcaan’s “My Chargie” which featured American rapper Drake. He concluded by saying Ghanaian footballer Prince Tagoe a.k.a. Prince of Goals (Who is close to Shatta Wale and Popcaan) loves Unruly and¬†Shatta Movement so they need to sit and get something arranged! Does this mean a collaboration is coming up?

Another side of the story is, there is an ongoing lyrical beef between the GAZA and GULLY (As they’re categorized in Jamaica) and Popcaan happens to be affiliated to the Gaza side. Now, this is the twist… Alkaline who’s or was Shatta Wale’s friend and affiliated to the Gully squad released “Pick Unuh Side” about 24 hours ago and Shatta Wale “Picked” Popcaan? Is Shatta Wale already involved in this?

If you are an avid dancehall fan, you’ll know what this means and we are yet to find out. What this looks to me is that, Shatta Wale a.k.a. Chaaaampiiioooon is about to get involved in a Jamaican dancehall lyrical war! Shatta Wale is full of surprises; grab some popcorns and lets see the pictures roll. And if you missed the “Gringo” music video, check it out!
