Walter Wani (born Walter Tetteh Aikins, May 20, 1991) is a Ghanaian rapper and songwriter, who has over a period of time marveled Ghanaians with his Originality.
He learnt to adopt the do-it- yourself credo and the know-how in becoming an independent musician. He has tracks that have challenged the limits of Afro pop culture and Afro rap music. He released has songs like Akwaaba , Life in Africa and Baddest. Which have triggered the wave of Pidgen singing and rapping now popular in Ghana.
He now introduces the world to Afro rap music. The result is nothing less than the most original album yet to be made as he works on his upcoming project to be release next year. “Part-tradition, part-urban life, his sound is like nothing else”.
