“I Am The Biggest Musician In Ghana” Fancy Gadam Tells Delay
Delay Interviews Fancy Gadam on the popular "Delay Show" and as usual he had to face some of the toughest questions Delay has for her guests.
Delay had the VGMAs award-winning artiste; Fancy Gadam on her popular Delay Show. As usual, the music star got hit with strong and thought-provoking questions and as well, they spoke about Fancy’s personal life, his dreams, his expectations for the 2018 VGMAs, and even more.
When you hear the name Fancy Gadam, one thing that rings in your mind is “Oh the guy who filled up a sports stadium multiple times without the help of any top artiste“… Well, that is how most people in the greater Accra region and other regions got to know about him. He has since then woven his way to the rest of the regions in Ghana and has become a well-known artiste in the capital even though he’s celebrated in the Northern Part of Ghana for years.
Fancy Gadam repeatedly said he’s the biggest artiste in Ghana because he has done something most artistes in Ghana hasn’t done yet or can’t do; and that is filling up stadiums and arenas across the country. That is exactly what he said when Deloris Frimpong Manso a.k.a. Delay said “Who do you think you are?”. Fancy Gadam somewhere along the conversation said that people shouldn’t think because an artiste in not popular in Accra makes them lesser than people in other regions.
Fancy Gadam said he has over 60 songs and people in the Northern Part of Ghana can sing all these songs word to word. Talking about his win at the VGMAs last year which is “Discovery of Year”, he said he deserved it in every way and he’s looking at winning artiste of the year 2018 as well. Because he deserves it as well.
Fancy Gadam debunked rumours that he uses Juju or Black Magic for music and assured Ghana he always put God first in everything he does. He also spoke about personal properties, the number of wives he wants to have, the kind of woman he likes as in “Stats” and his future collaborations. Watch interview below.
