Adalba – My Country (Featuring BJZ) Music Video and Audio
Adalba has released a new single titled 'My Country' featuring BJZ and produced by Violent Beatz.
ADALBA is a music producer, songwriter, rapper and performer who hails from the Upper East Region of Ghana and grew up in Tamale, Northern Region. He has released a single titled ‘My Country’ featuring BJZ and produced by Violent Beatz.
Currently unsigned, he produces, writes, records and mixes most of his works and even shoot/direct his own music videos. He released a mixtape dubbed “The Scrapbook” in 2009 and remained behind the scenes until late 2016 when he made his return to the music scene with one of his best releases entitled “Taba” (download on Soundcloud).
He has since released two follow ups including an ode to his neighborhood in Tamale entitled “Jisonaayily” and the just released song featuring BJZ (Benjamin Zan) entitled ‘My Country’.

The song saw Adalba paying homage to world-renowned inventor, Dr Thomas Mensah (a product of the KNUST-Ghana and one of the inventors of Fibre Optics), as BJZ floods the song with soothing and reassuring lyrics to enforce the core theme of the conversation in probably one of his best vocal performances.
The song comes with a music video directed by Pixel Padrino and showed some iconic and historical places in the capital. The duo (both former school mates in the same JHS in Tamale) and according to them, they made this song primarily to connect with the listener…
