Akwasi Tymer Out With ‘The Irony’ (Spoken Word)
Ghanaian rapper/Poet/Spoken word artiste; Akwasi Tymer has released a brilliant piece he calls 'The Irony' produced by Joe Wayne.
Akwasi Tymer is on a mission to carry out in the music scene; and these are feeding hungry souls with good music and openly addressing issues that affect the society the most. The new spoken word piece titled ‘The Irony’ talked about things the people of Ghana and most parts of the world can totally relate to.
‘The Irony’ obviously talks about the ironic society we live in. Akwasi Tymer spoke about how people fight for one thing but don’t care about or fails to recognize where it all started from. He also made mention of religious bodies and the government preaching charity but people committed to these promises die of poverty.
But when these people get pushed by poverty to commit crimes, the government pour punishments on them and the religious bodies judge them. Akwasi Tymer displayed a brilliant chain rhyming in this piece make it more interesting to listen to. Download spoken word below and keep your eyes open for him.
