Jimpee – Heaven (Music Video) Featuring Torgbe

Budding singing sensation known as Jimpee in the music world is out with the music video for his song ‘Heaven’ featuring Torgbe and produced by AbeBeatz. Video directed by POWERS.

This song talks about a very sensitive topic and that is living an eternal life (Heaven). According to lyrics from Jimpee, it’s not a big task to get a pass for heaven and it all depends on us humans. From what I heard, he says everyone is bound to be in heaven after life on earth only if we live a righteous life and do the will of God. The song is a mixture of Highlife and traditional gospel which of course, makes the rhythm a bit different from the usual Ghanaian gospel song.

The music video saw Jimpee in an all white attire which I believe signifies “Cleanliness” and depict the heaven concept. Much wasn’t done in the video but that is exactly how a gospel song according to the Ghanaian should look like. The video also saw Torgbe in his white suit and pouring out his rap verses in a church!
