Miray is a female Afro-beat, reggae/dancehall singer and songwriter and performer. She is known for her uniqueness and versatile style blending English and French.
Miray is also a movie Actress, writer, Film Producer and Director. Her contact with the entertainment world started at the age of 9 years old where she performed in a dancing competition organized by the national Television of Ivory Coast. Then she participated in a singing reality TV show audition in France in 2000.
Later during her studies in the United States of America (2004 – 2008), record her first professional song with one of the renowned New York Recording studios and later performed on various great platforms such as B.B.King in Times Square (alongside the legendary Ghanaian musician Kojo Antwi), Adam Clayton building and Apollo Theatre in Harlem, Open Mics at Iguana Cafe dowtown New York, Marcus Garvey Park during Teriyah Festival.
In December 24th 2013, she performed alongside Sarkodie, Fuse ODG, Kwabena Kwabena and 2 face idibia at the 24NITE CONCERT in Kumasi, were she had a standing ovation after her performance and was named as the best female performer of the event. In 2013, she released a single track titled “Scream my Name” feat Atumpan (Prod by Infectious Riddim) and “Akoko” feat Enwai Dobble in 2014 (Prod by Shotto Blinqx).
Miray was given the exclusivity to compose and sing the Ghana Dj Awards theme song and to perform on that platform in February 2014. In 2016, Miray Rebranded with new management known as “Speedvision“… Miray was reborn as a Woman of Class through her new single Sangele produced by 2B from Ivory coast. Miray is bringing a new Style blending Coupé Décalé with Anglophone Afrobeat producing a unique style.
