EL Might Not Join The Lyrical Wars. New Music Says It All…

The music scene just got exciting these couple of days, as we saw artists jabbing at each other to defend their claims and titles. EL has been one of the giant names in the center of all these lyrical wars.

The whole of Ghana have been waiting for EL to drop something to address the musical “beef” or better still, tell those rappers why he is the best. A lot went on before the lyrical wars started… At this year’s VGMA, EL made some statements which I believe Sarkodie wasn’t happy about; and it had something to do with which song deserves the “Hip Hop Song Of The Year” and which song doesn’t.

According to EL, Paedae of R2Bees is an amazing rapper, and that means his song should have won the “Hip hop Song Of The Year” and not Sarkodie’s “Hand To Mouth“. Few weeks down the lane, Sarkodie dropped jaws with his single “Bossy” which indirectly addressed the issue of people saying he is not a good rapper. All fingers pointed at EL as the target or subject matter.

Even though the “Bossy” song attacked other rappers, the only person to reply was Manifest. We suspected that Manifest‘s reply to Sarkodie‘s diss song included EL and Flowking Stone. Since then, we have been expecting EL to release something which could shake the whole earth. Till now, no word from EL and nothing from Flowking Stone as well.

Talking about beef, Hiphop artist; Ian Jazzi has released an “anger-filled” single which attacked Sarkodie, EL, Manifest and an “unknown rapper”. Ian Jazzi sounded bitter and described EL as “Brown” which will mean “Unfaithful“. We have every reason to believe that, all these gave birth to EL‘s new single titled ‘Talk Don’t Bother Me‘…

Apparently, EL‘s Mother doesn’t want him to join the lyrical war which she described as “Foolishness”… The song clearly narrated a telephone conversation between EL and his Mother. That was a deep conversation filled with emotions. They spoke about the beef, why he shouldn’t join, and some other advises a Mother will give to her son. It’s rather unfortunate he will turn blind eyes to this whole thing. But doing your Mother’s desire is the best thing you can give her… Listen to the song below and share your opinion.
