Fameye brings us the visuals for his highlife song titled ‘Afia Bruwa’ featuring Kofi Kinaata. The song was produced by Peewezel and music video directed by Alvin Noi.
The song was inked with a true African or Ghanaian story and that was well noticed in the music video as well… The whole video was shot in a remote village depicting the authentic reactions with issues such as what the song talks about. Apparently, ‘Afia Bruwa’ is one of the most beautiful girls in the village who caught the eye of a young man.
Afia Bruwa was played by Paulina Oduro and they young man who fell in her trap, happens to be John Peasah, popularly known as “DROGBA” of YOLO TV Series fame. This is more like a palmwine/Pito joint scenario where most people usually shares their problems with people whilst taking a sip of the nicely brewed local drink.
I love every bit of this video especially the gestures made by the Pito/Palmwine seller. DROGBA is known for his acting skills; and that has been well demonstrated. Kofi Kinaata acted just according to his lyrics and I must say he gave those lyrics LIFE! Ladies and gentlemen, watch a beautiful video and share!
