There nothing more heart-warming than a friend throwing his endless support behind you in whatever you do. Professional footballer, Asamoah Gyan, who is the captain for the Ghanaian national team “Black Stars” has shown his support for Shatta Wale‘s just-launched album “After The Storm” and revealed he is buying the first copy at an “undisclosed amount”! Check out the tweet…

The Shanghai SIPG striker and Shatta Wale were classmates way back in school; and they frequently address each other as “My Classmate” instead of addressing themselves by their respective names. Asamoah Gyan is a big fan of Ghanaian music and he has released a couple of singles with missing Hiplife super star; Castro.

We at Loud Sound Ghana, cant confirm Asamoah Gyan‘s bid for the “After The Storm” album, but we are expecting something delicious which may probably shoot his album sales at an awesome level. Asamoah is one of the highest paid footballers in Africa and probably the world, so we cant expect a “piggy bank” worth of bid.

I do admire Shatta Wale’s presence in the music scene and I like his confidence. He has been here before and sinked down the drain. Coming up again, he got everything planned out and dancing along to the rhythm. He has or is mastering the game each day… Ghana Music wins and Dancehall music in Ghana just got elevated!
