Pappy Kojo – The Man In The Mirror
Featuring in today’s highlight is Pappy Kojo, a Ghanaian hip pop and hiplife recording artiste from Takoradi, the oil city in Ghana. This young rap is all over our screens with hit awesome tunes and he is well known for his hit single “Realer no”.
The Fante – rapper is lyrically eloquent and understands what he does. Pappy Kojo raps in the Fante language because he wants to promote the language in limelight. He has done lot of collaborations of which some are also hit songs.
His collaboration with Sarkodie titled “Ay3 late” is a blast and it’s still receiving massive airtime on all media platforms and among the youths. The “Aye late” song tells a story of a lady who is flexing Pappy Kojo and he had no option to find another lady because of his impatience. The flexing lady came back to accept PK’s proposal but PK is already involved with a new lady, hence Ay3 late.
Rapper Pappy Kojo thrills fans again with his latest collaboration with Edem titled “2Raw” produced by Magnom. This proves his dynamism and lyrical eloquence.
There is now no doubt that Pappy Kojo is the man in the mirror. However a cursory attention to Pappy kojo’s raps are lyrically profane. Yeah Pappy Kojo is a profane rapper.
Extracts from the “Ay3 late” lyrics Verse 2 (Pappy) below
3nn3 3b3 tafere ho ama nwi a 3gu ase3 h) nyinaa ab) nk)fi
Literary, it means oral s*x. Yeah performing oral s*x on him until his pubic hair is wet.
This is profane profane profane!!!
Pappy Kojo, Ghanaians love you so much so we recommend you use more clean words in your rap like Obrafour and others do. You will go far and win many international awards.
