Wande Coal drops new music and Don Jazzy claims ownership.
I guess you all know how close Don Jazzy and Wande Coal has been for so many years now and they did a lot of works together including the banging tune “The Kick” But looks like things are falling apart between the two and that was revealed on twitter (Where all artistes pick their fights now) after Wande Coal released the download link for his new single titled “Baby Face”.
According to Don Jazzy, he did the studio version for the song about a year ago and also, he is not mad at Wande Coal releasing the song but he thinks the credit should still be given to him. He said this in a tweet yesterday and also added the link to the original version of “Baby Face” … I know a lot of people will say “First it was D’Banj and now Wande Coal?” But I think I feel the pain Don Jazzy is going through right now. Wande Coal is no more working with Don Jazzy as he is now on a new label called “Black Diamond”. So you know how this things go down… Check Don Jazzy’s tweets below….
However, Wande Coal did not deny the fact that Don Jazzy had an early version of the song… I was not able to capture most of Wande Coal’s tweet as they may have been removed or deleted for some reasons… But After the whole tweet exchange thing, Wande Coal finally twitted this….
Who knows? There might be a different side to this whole thing… Whiles we look deeper into this, download Wande Coal’s version below and get Don Jazzy’s as well….
